From June 2025 I have various paintings with the the Scar Gallery - which is a lovely little gallery in Ravonstonedale, a small village located between Tebay and Kirkby Stephen. Do take a visit - with very good coffee and cake served too

As a member of the prestigious Lake Artists Society I have 6 paintings in the annual SUMMER EXHIBITION. Now going for over 120 years - it continues to display at The Hall, Grasmere, LA22 9TA
Various awards where given out at the Private View on Friday 1st August and I am happy to announce that one of my paintings received the Wallace Seymour Award

ST. BEES series - EXCLUSIVE launch
I have been working on a series of paintings from St. Bees - not too far from the studio - just further on the West Cumbrian coast. It's the start or finish of the 'Coast to Coast' walk popularised by Alfred Wainwright
It was a misty morning that cleared as the day progressed
These small paintings will be made available EXCLUSIVELY on my website on Thursday 1st June from 8am at a special price of only £135 each (this size being usually £385). There are now x10 of these. They are unframed at the moment having only just been finished... but will be double framed in hand-painted white scooped frame and soft grey slip
ABBOT HALL IN KENDAL - REOPENING
I have a number of paintings available to view and purchase in the Gallery Shop of Abbot Hall in Kendal. After a period of closure for refurbishment, Abbot Hall - one of Britain’s preeminent small art galleries, set in a beautifully restored Grade I-listed Georgian building on the banks of the River Kent in Kendal, Cumbria has now reopened. Run by Lakeland Arts - this is to coincide with a rolling exhibition programme

We have our annual weekend STUDENT EXHIBITION in September at the lovely Hare Hill Barn at Cartmel Fell. The students from termly CLASSES in my studio are getting a choice selection of their paintings finished and framed in readyness
With a PRIVATE VIEW by invite only on the Friday evening 7-9pm the gallery will then be open 10-4pm on the Saturday and Sunday
