Ben runs popular DRAWING and PAINTING CLASSES in his studio each term starting in: Jan, April and Sept. As these have grown so the number of CLASSES on offer has grown. Split into x3 different terms of spring, summer and autumn/ winter there are various CLASSES on Mondays and Tuesdays

Since 2025 there are different options within each term... as what was a 10 week term becomes x2 lots of 6 weeks running consecutively with a 1 week break in between - usually in line with local school holidays. Students can opt for weeks A or B in each term or do both (IF OPTING FOR BOTH USE THE CODE ABDISCOUNT FOR A 10% REDUCTION). As space in the studio is limited and CLASSES sell out quickly this new approach gives more flexibility as it is potentially a shorter term, which can benefit some, and it increases the number of CLASSES available by effectively doubling up the term which can leave room for new people to join. This year the terms will continue to be a Monday morning, a Monday afternoon and a Tuesday evening class - and these are for ALL, with work being differentiated depending on skill and ability

THIS MEANS CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS OR RETURNING STUDENTS WANTING TO FIND GREATER PAINTERLY EXPRESSION

 

Good weather can see us going out in the beautiful grounds here to sketch and develop work - which can then be worked on in the studio

Prices for 2026 remain at £150 for each 6 week term
